Connect Your WooCommerce Store

Add an AI-powered shopping assistant to your WooCommerce store in minutes.

Connect Your Store in HiWelink

HiWelink offers two ways to connect your WooCommerce store:

Option 1: Auto Connect (Recommended)

The easiest way - you'll be redirected to your WooCommerce store to approve the connection.

  1. Go to Commerce > Add Store in HiWelink
  2. Select WooCommerce
  3. Enter your store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com)
  4. Click "Connect via WooCommerce"
  5. You'll be redirected to WooCommerce - click "Approve" to authorize

Option 2: Manual Connection

Use this if you prefer to enter API keys directly.

  1. Go to Commerce > Add Store in HiWelink
  2. Select WooCommerce
  3. Click "Manual Connection" tab
  4. Enter your store URL and API credentials
  5. Click "Connect Manually"

Important: Your store URL must use HTTPS.

Create Your Chatbot

  1. Go to Chatbot in your dashboard
  2. Click "Create New Chatbot"
  3. Enter a name for your chatbot
  4. Under "Commerce Store", select your connected WooCommerce store
  5. Configure your chatbot settings (welcome message, appearance, etc.)
  6. Save your chatbot

Note: The chatbot will use your product catalog to answer customer questions and make recommendations.

Add Chatbot to Your Store

  1. Go to Commerce in your dashboard
  2. Find your connected store and click on it
  3. Click "Get Embed Code"
  4. Copy the embed code
  5. Add the code to your WooCommerce store:
    • Go to Appearance > Widgets in WordPress
    • Add a "Custom HTML" widget
    • Paste the embed code
    • Save and publish

Alternative: You can also add the embed code to your theme's footer.php file or use a plugin like "Insert Headers and Footers".
